Job qualifications

• A minimum of two years in a similar position with experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law in the field or concession / public private partnership;
• Knowledge of various areas of business law;
• Very good skills in legal and contractual negotiation;
• Ability to manage multiple files at a time within tight deadlines and work in a rapidly changing environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
