MEMER has started the realization of electricity generation projects from renewable energies as part of the implementation of the Tunisian solar plan.

Our firm supports MEMER in the launch of two tenders, via the concession technique (2 wind power plants with a total capacity of 300 MW and 4 photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 300 MW)

The intervention of our firm includes:

• advice and assistance with regard to the legal and regulatory framework for concessions in the field of renewable energies; and
• Preparation of tender documents (pre-qualification regulations, restricted tendering rules) as well as concession agreements.
